We can even offer bespoke call handling services, up to 8pm in the evening.
Fraud
From the moment we receive a new instruction we follow strict procedures to ensure the claim is dealt with promptly, efficiently and professionally. We understand how the process of handling claims works. Our team of highly skilled technicians work closely with our customers to provide accurate and detailed reports to validate and spot potential fraudulent or inconsistent claims. Inspections are completed on the day of receipt and photographs are taken of all items received and can be attached to reports for your perusal.
Data protection
We understand the importance of data protection and if a unit should be declared beyond economical repair, the hard drive is removed and stored in a fire proof safe for an agreed time period before destruction. A copy of our data protection policy is available on request.
Bespoke quoting
We can tailor-make pricing structures to suit your requirements, either by offering a fixed price repair or an individual quote for each claim. If an item is not repairable we can also advise on a suitable replacement.
Parts and salvage
Waste Electrical and electronic equipment (Weee) is the fastest growing type of waste in the UK and we are committed to disposing of electronic equipment responsibly. This means making sure that salvage is disposed of in accordance with European regulatory requirements.
